Coronavirus Information

New Arrangements across Bromsgrove Area Practices

To reduce your chances of catching COVID-19, and to keep the practice staff able to work, all appointments will be carried out by telephone, or as a video consultation or through Engage Consult unless you are told to come into the practice. This will help minimise risk while continuing to ensure people get the care and advice they need.

On the rare occasions that face-to-face contacts may be required you will be directed as to how this will happen. You will then need to have your own face covering for attending the practice.

Please aim to contact us via Engage Consult, or telephone before 11am each day for any new or ongoing health problems and we will aim to help that day.

Expect all health professionals to be wearing appropriate protective equipment and please bring your own face covering to wear. Please follow all instructions about attendance carefully. Expect to spend the minimum amount of time possible inside the practice building.

Do not attend Churchfields Surgery Reception - the vast majority of work can now be successfully done by telephone or online.

All prescriptions are being sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy (or to Knight's Pharmacy Market Street, opposite our building, if we have been unable to establish your choice).

Extra Help for the Very Vulnerable

We have put together an advice sheet on how to get help with shopping, prescriptions etc. You can download it below.

Patients who do not have family or friends that can help can also be directed to www.gov.uk/coronavirus-extremely-vulnerable to register for additional support with daily living tasks such as shopping and social care.
