Extra Appointments

NHS England has released a small amount of money to support the winter pressures in general practice locally. This will provide on, on average, about 24 extra appointments on Mondays until the end of February (About a 3% increase during this period). These have to be book on the day appointments and will be released by reception in line with the other book on the day appointments.

Please be aware that our practice boundaries have recently changed. See the following link for more information: https://www.primarycare.nhs.uk/publicfn/catchment.aspx?oc=M81070&h=1000&w=1200&if=0

Thank you!

Extended Access

In addition to the practice’s normal opening hours, and additional surgery opening times as stated above, you can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on Saturday and Sunday at locations across Redditch and Bromsgrove. GP practices are working together to provide extended access appointments to our patients. This means that your extended access appointment may be with a different GP, nurse or based in a different location or practice than you are used to, and some of these appointments are telephone only. These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the surgery during our opening times – when calling please ask for an extended access appointment and our receptionists will help you to find a convenient appointment.
