If your date of birth is between 2/9/1935 - 31/8/1937 and 2/9/1942 - 1/9/1945 then please call the surgery to book in for shingles vaccination

Extra Appointments

NHS England has released a small amount of money to support the winter pressures in general practice locally. This will provide on, on average, about 24 extra appointments on Mondays until the end of February (About a 3% increase during this period). These have to be book on the day appointments and will be released by reception in line with the other book on the day appointments.

HCA Vacancy

Churchfields Surgery is seeking to appoint a full-time Health Care Assistant (HCA) to work alongside our current part-time Health Care Assistant.

We are based in a modern purpose built Health Centre. The department is busy and forward thinking where staff training and development is encouraged.

Training in phlebotomy is essential. Other duties will include performing ECG’s, NHS Health Checks, Fitting of 24-hour blood pressure monitors etc.

Finance Officer Vacancy

Churchfields Surgery is seeking to appoint a full-time Finance Officer to work alongside our Managing Partner.

We are based in a modern purpose-built Health Centre based in Bromsgrove. The practice is busy and forward thinking where our staff are at the core of what we do; with training and development encouraged.

A new role in the practice, this is an exciting opportunity to help influence and shape the future of the practice finance strategy.

The post holder will oversee and administer the day-to-day finances of the Practice, supporting the Managing Partner in ensuring all procedures and systems are complied with.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our team. Someone who has the ability to think independently and who demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with a keen interest and experience in business finance.
